Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 12 noon – 5 p.m.
The Box Office will also be open 45 minutes before show times and remain open through intermission. On Saturdays, the Box Office will be open until 5 p.m.

 

Show Tickets

The prices below will be effective July 25 for show tickets in the 2013-2014 season, beginning with “Family Outings.” Prices are subject to change without notice.

Adults $11.00 (day of performance)
Adults $10.00 (if payment is received by end of business the day before performance)

Children (2-12) $9.00 (day of performance)
Children (2-12) $8.00 (if payment is received by end of business the day before performance)

Groups (15 or more) $8.00 (See Group Pricing guidelines below.)

NOTE: Reservations may be made only for the current show and the next two productions.

Group Pricing
Group pricing is available for any group reserving 15 or more paid seats.
Comp tickets may not be used in combination with the group rate.
Group reservations may be made in person or by calling the box office during regular office hours.
Once the box office puts your group’s seats on hold, you will be mailed an information packet, including—

Group reservations must be paid for ONE WEEK in advance. There will be no refunds on group discount tickets after the payment deadline has passed (5 p.m., one week prior to performance date).
If a group falls below the minimum of 15, regular prices will apply.


Purchasing Tickets in Person

Tickets may be paid for at the Box Office by cash, check, or by Visa or MasterCard.
You may also reserve your seat with a season pass or eligible ticket voucher.
The Box Office is open noon – 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
The Box Office is also open 45 minutes before performances and through intermission. On Saturdays, it is open till 5 p.m.


Purchasing Tickets by Phone
Tickets may be purchased by phone with a Visa or MasterCard.
You may also reserve your seat with a season pass or eligible ticket voucher.
The Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon till 5 p.m.
Seats UNPAID at time of phone order will be considered ON HOLD. Tickets will remain ON HOLD until 30 minutes before performance. At that time seats will be released for sale to walk-in patrons.


Requesting a Reservation by Email

If you can’t wait until regular Box Office hours to let us know you want to reserve some seats, send your request by filling out the Stained Glass Theatre Reservation Request form. Simply complete the form and click on “Submit.” A box officer will contact you during regular box office hours (Tuesday through Saturday, from noon till 5 p.m.) to discuss your request. Reservations are subject to availability of seats.

We can process reservation requests for the current production and the next two shows.


Privacy Policy

We take personal privacy very seriously. Therefore, we use an established and secure payment site called Authorize.Net to capture information for all regular payments. It automatically encrypts the critical data only allowing us to see pertinent order information. You may view their privacy policy at Authorize.Net.

We do collect personal information necessary to fulfill your orders which is viewed only by our employees for fulfillment purposes. We will not sell or share your information with third parties and we will do our best to store collected information securely to prevent unauthorized access.

Refund Policy

Group reservations must be paid for ONE WEEK in advance. There will be no refunds on group discount tickets after the payment deadline (5 p.m., one week prior to performance date) has passed.
Cancellations for regular tickets must be made 24 hours prior to performance to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued the day of or following a performance.


Delivery of Tickets

Purchasing in Person

  • Pick up tickets at time of purchase
  • Pick them up at Will Call the day of performance.

Purchasing by Phone

  • We can mail your tickets to you, if payment is made with Visa or MasterCard.
  • You can pick up your tickets at the Box Office during regular office hours.
  • You can pick up your tickets at Will Call the day of performance.
  • If you reserve your seat with a season pass or eligible ticket voucher, you may pick up your ticket during regular Box Office hours or at Will Call the day of performance.
